As a former athlete and an ex-academic researcher in psychology, people have told me that I seem to know a thing or two about high performance. Apparently, I have some good stuff to say about peak mindsets and their application to excellence in teams, leaders, and individuals in business, professional sport, performing arts, and life.
What I know is that I am passionate about coaching, training and mentoring people and teams to get the best out of themselves, and to reach higher than they may have thought possible.
I am also a bit obsessed with understanding the very human things that stop people and how to help them move through such roadblocks with resilient thinking.
In my practice, I combine an understanding of brain science and function, with experience in training sports and corporate teams to competitive excellence. I work with top thinkers and performers in business and sport to facilitate high performance leadership development that gets people and teams communicating and collaborating effectively, executing with maximum accountability, and achieving both individual and organizational goals.
Yet, I also work with the unknown individual, the everyday person trying to figure out how to bring balance and peace into their life, simply so that they can begin to think about their next big goal.
